More than a century ago, in 1875, a 23-year-old immigrant from Bohemia named Joesph Bulova started what has now become a jewelry empire. He started his business with one small store in New York City. By 1911, Joseph Bulova was manufacturing pocket watches, boudoir clocks and desk clocks. Joesph Bulova’s one small watch store has since grown to be one of the country’s most prestigious and prominent clock and watch companies in the entire country.
Over the course of the company’s history, Bulova has created a wide variety of products that have reached people from the United States to Switzerland. Bulova has crafted high-quality timepieces for the military, has manufactured desk clocks, and even created the world’s very first clock radio. The Bulova name is synonymous with excellent quality and exquisite design. Today, the company creates its timepieces out of the finest materials, and offers different lines of products that vary from the classic to the contemporary. They create everything from diamond bracelet wristwatches for the classy, sophisticate to the water-resistant sports watches for the serious, watch-wearing athlete. But, watches are not the only timepieces Bulova creates. Their clocks are award-winning and, because they possess the Bulova name, they too meet the utmost standards of quality. Bulova watches are unique in that they are equipped with precision accuracy technology, are shock-resistant, anti-magnetic and some even come plated with 23-karat hard gold. The beautiful Bulova timepieces first were created more than 100 years ago, but nonetheless the Bulova name has remained a symbol of excellence and quality craftsmanship.
